“Also, for the Clois parallels!!! Watching Smallville made me feel like Clark and Lois were just the straight version of Kara and Lena. Of course, there are a few differences, like the banter and the annoyance to lovers trope for Lois and Clark, but otherwise there are so many tropes similar to Clois: friends to lovers, slow burn, the bridal carry, secret identity, second chance at love, time travel, rescue reversal trope…
I wish more than anything they were endgame and kissed just one time, and for me, too, nothing hits the same. Glad I’m not the only one lol I thought I was crazy especially for a ship that never happened in the show (even though we’ve been queerbaited tho). Will probably never get over them, mostly because we never got closure.”
