I had been getting my hair done by the same woman for over 10 years, and a few years ago, she stopped taking appointments and spending more time with her family. And I love that for her and totally understand, but I don’t trust anyone else with my hair (or have the energy to find someone new that I can trust), so when she started to slow down on appointments, I started to take note of everything she used on my hair. I collected the serums, shampoo, and conditioner she used, then grabbed the flat iron she uses — this flat iron — and it really leveled up my results.
