‘Teen Mom’s’ Tyler Baltierra Reveals He Regrets Placing Daughter Carly for Adoption

Kailyn Lowry’s son Isaac is reintroducing himself.

The 15-year-old, whose upbringing was chronicled on MTV’s Teen Mom from 2011 to 2022, shared he’s decided to be known henceforth by his middle name, Elliott, after having moved to a new high school.

“The paperwork all said Elliott,” Kailyn explained during the June 6 episode of her Barely Famous podcast “Like the teachers were writing Elliott, and it was like, ‘Comments about Elliott.’ And I was like, ‘Wait a minute. Are we going minute, are we going by Elliott now?’”

The answer was yes, and the mom of seven—including Lincoln, 11, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin; Lux, 8, and Creed, 4, with ex Chris Lopez; and Rio, 2, as well as 19-month old twins Verse and Valley with Elijah Scott—admitted the change has taken some getting used to.

“For you, everyone’s always called you Isaac,” she said to her son, who joined her on the podcast. “So now, retraining our brains to call you Elliott, obviously we’re getting used to it. But Creed, he’s four, he started calling you Elliott, and it’s so funny. He’s like, ‘Who my brother Elliott?’ And I’m like, how easy was that for him.”
