These surgery-obsessed celebrities are about to go on a journey of self-discovery.

Kim Zolciak, Aubrey O’Day, 90 Day Fiancé‘s Larissa Santos Lima and more stars are reconsidering their past cosmetic procedures in the first look at E!’s new reality series Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind.

“I’ve spent at least over $100,000 on cosmetic work,” content creator and model Sophia Elgerabli admits in the trailer, while Larissa and others confess to going under the knife for liposuction of the knees, breast implants, Brazilian butt lifts and fillers practically everywhere.

Meanwhile, Aubrey jokingly quips, “I’d love a boob job, but I know we’re not here to do that.” But host, international radio and television personality Michelle Visage, promptly reminds the cast, “You are all here because you are considering reversing a cosmetic procedure.”

Plus, with the help of famed Botched plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow and body image expert Dr. Spirit, PhD, these enhanced stars will begin a transformative journey of self-discovery at the “Rewind Retreat” as they decide whether to return to a more natural look or keep their medically altered bodies.
