Dakota Johnson‘s ex was fifty shades of fascinated by her dream.
Less than a week after her breakup with Chris Martin was revealed, the Materialists actress shared how the Coldplay frontman reacted to a strange dream she recently had about Matty Healy.
“I actually had a dream the other night,” Dakota told host Amy Poehler during the June 10 episode of her Good Hang podcast. “Matty Healy from The 1975 was in my dream and he was murdering people, and he was Matty Healy as himself.”
The 35-year-old went on to describe how the dream got even weirder, sharing that her fictitious version of the singer—who dated Taylor Swift in 2023—avoided getting caught for his crimes by morphing into a vegetable.
“When the people were looking for him—they were cops maybe,” Dakota continued, “he would turn into a piece of asparagus.”
And Matty wasn’t the only celeb to make an appearance in her dream world either. In fact, another famous actress showed up unexpectedly when she went to search for Matty herself.
