Britney Spears knows some of her exes are toxic, and she’s not going under ever again.
Nearly two years after the “Lucky” singer and Sam Asghari divorce following 14 months of marriage, she shared a scathing message about two unnamed former partners on social media while discussing her love for animals.
“I dated two f–king complete a–holes,” Britney reminisced in a June 10 Instagram post, “I realized I loved their dogs more than them and I think it’s because their dogs bowed to me every time I entered the room!!!”
And Britney—whose exes also include Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline—went on to detail just how bad her past relationships with these men were.
“Now the guys were of course cruel humans that never even acknowledged me,” the 43-year-old continued, “and never held my hand in the car for 6 years !!! I choose animals over people anyday !!!”
Indeed, Britney, mom to Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden, 18, with Kevin, also detailed that she was feeling defeated after an “extremely shady week,” adding, “I’m so turned off by humanity and the way people have literally … I have no words !!!”
