R&B icons Brandy and Monica are embarking on a co-headlining tour together for the first time, the stars confirmed on CBS Mornings on Tuesday.

Called The Boy Is Mine Tour, referencing the duo’s 1998 hit, the tour will also feature Kelly Rowland and Muni Long, along with Jamal Roberts, who just won Season 23 of American Idol. The tour will be produced by the Black Promoters Collective.

“This really is a full-circle moment,” Brandy said in a statement of the tour. “Monica and I coming together again isn’t just about the music — it’s about honoring where we came from and how far we’ve both come. ‘The Boy Is Mine’ was a defining chapter in R&B, and to share the stage all these years later is bigger than a reunion — it’s a celebration of growth, sisterhood, and the love our fans have given us from day one.”

The 24-date trek will begin in Cincinnati at Heritage Bank Center on Oct. 16 and will wrap in Houston at the Toyota Center on Dec. 7, with stops in Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Brooklyn, among many others in between. Tickets go on sale on June 27 at 10 a.m. local time on Ticketmaster, with a presale through the Black Promoters Collective the day prior from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. local time.

Brandy and Monica also shared a two-minute movie directed by Ethan Tobman, where the two singers are locked up and in separate rooms in a prison, with “The Boy is Mine” helping free them from their binds and bring them back together.

“The love that ‘The Boy Is Mine’ continues to receive means everything to me. This tour is a celebration of our history, our impact, and the fans who have grown with us,” she said. “Brandy and I have been on our own unique journeys, and coming back together in this way is a reminder of the power of respect, strength, and real music. We’re giving the people what they’ve been asking for, and doing it with grace, love, and purpose. God’s timing perfectly aligned us.”

“The Boy is Mine” had found renewed interest last year after Brandy and Monica reunited for a remix of the song on Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine last year.

“The process of the new collaboration did a lot of closing the gaps,” Monica said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight last year about working with Brandy on the remix.

“Bringing Brandy and Monica together for this tour is more than just a moment — it’s a cultural homecoming,” Shelby Joyner, president of Black Promoters Collective, said in a statement. “Their impact on R&B is immeasurable, and ‘The Boy Is Mine’ continues to be one of the most iconic collaborations of all time. At BPC, we’re committed to celebrating culture and legacy, and this tour is a powerful example of both.”
