For 15 years, YourStory’s TechSparks has spotlighted bold ideas, transformative innovation, and industry-first narratives. What began as a modest platform for showcasing promising startups has evolved into India’s most definitive startup-tech conference, attracting thousands of founders, investors, policymakers, and global leaders each year.

As India races towards becoming a $10 trillion economy by 2030— powered by digital innovation, inclusion, and bold innovation—TechSparks 2025 pivots with purpose: diving deep into the transformative potential of AI and deeptech.

With 1,000+ sessions and 2,300+ speakers in attendance over the years, TechSparks has been instrumental in fostering more than 2 million meaningful connections. TechSparks 2025, the 16th edition of the summit, will be centred on the theme of ‘India 2030: Powered by AI’ and will take place from November 6-8, 2025, at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.

As transformation reshapes every frontier, TechSparks becomes the launchpad where India’s digital tomorrow is envisioned and set in motion.

    Why AI?

Recent years have made it undeniably clear that AI is the defining force of our time—it is transforming industries, economies, and the fabric of how we live and work. India is uniquely positioned to lead this global shift.

With the world’s largest developer base, the third-largest AI talent pool, and a rising rank in global AI investments, India is primed to lead the next wave of innovation. Add to that its demographic dividend and pioneering digital public infrastructure — from UPI and ONDC to Aadhaar — and you have a nation uniquely positioned to power the AI revolution.

As AI moves into the mainstream, parallel advancements in deeptech—from quantum computing and robotics to biotech, IoT, and advanced materials—are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Indian deeptech startups are tackling foundational challenges, from building indigenous chipsets to designing next-generation EV batteries.

Together, AI and deeptech represent a transformative opportunity for the country, with the potential to unlock $1.5 trillion in GDP growth by 2030 and generate millions of future-ready jobs across sectors like agritech, spacetech, healthtech, and manufacturing.

TechSparks 2025 will spotlight this convergence—exploring how AI is revolutionising fields like healthcare through early disease prediction, and agriculture through precision farming, setting the stage for India’s tech-powered future.

What’s in store at TechSparks 2025? Only the future!

TechSparks 2025 will offer a dynamic platform for entrepreneurs, global business leaders, investors, policymakers, and tech enthusiasts to explore meaningful collaborations and expand their knowledge.

The three-day summit will feature a power-packed agenda, including inspiring keynotes, candid fireside chats, in-depth roundtables, hands-on masterclasses, and ample opportunities to network, connect, and co-create the future of innovation.

Past speakers at this august forum have included the likes of Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry; Amitabh Kant, India’s former G20 Sherpa and the former CEO of NITI Ayog; Sreedhara Panicker Somanath, Chairman of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO); Bhavish Aggarwal, Co-founder of Ola; Nithin Kamath, Co-founder of Zerodha; Ronnie Screwvala, Co-founder of upGrad; Sameer Nigam, Co-founder of PhonePe; Lalit Keshre, Co-founder of Groww; Phani Kishan Addepalli, Co-founder of Swiggy; Naveen Tewari, Founder of InMobi; Harshil Mathur, Co-founder of Razorpay; Alakh Pandey, Co-founder of PhysicsWallah; and Rohini Srivathsa, CTO for Microsoft India and South Asia.

This year, TechSparks will spotlight varied topics such as:

    • How startups are building AI solutions for Bharat and scaling them globally.
    • How enterprises are embedding AI to transform operations and customer experiences.
    • The alignment policymakers and investors need to make AI responsible and inclusive.
    • How developers and researchers are tackling the hardest challenges of the hour.
    • How India’s startups are making India the global AI capital.

Other items on the agenda include the future of intelligent enterprises driven by AI, responsible AI, democratising AI with open platforms, Agentic AI, the deeptech investment playbook, the future of work, and building startups for the future.

And of course, the spotlight returns to YourStory’s iconic Tech30—our annual showcase of 30 high-potential startups that are redefining the tech landscape. Handpicked for their innovation and impact, Tech30 has been the launchpad for 350+ trailblazing startups over the past decade, including breakout names like Freshworks, Innovaccer, and Chargebee.

It’s true that India’s startup and innovation ecosystem has no dearth of events. However, few command the influence and credibility of YourStory’s TechSparks. The cornerstone of India’s startup and innovation landscape is where the country’s most ambitious entrepreneurs, visionary investors, tech pioneers, and policymakers converge to shape what’s next. You cannot miss being there!
