Harry Daniels gave his all while surprise-serenading Mariah Carey at a recent event — and though she wasn’t sold at first, the superstar eventually gave the TikToker her approval.
In a recent TikTok, Daniels gets Carey’s attention as she and her posse make their way out of the new Apple Music Studios in Culver City, California, last week. “I’d give my all to have just one more night with you,” the influencer loudly belts as Mimi — dressed in a glittering floor-length dress and sunglasses — gives him a confused side-eye.
As Carey’s team ushers her out, the vocalist eventually turns over her shoulder to give Daniels an approving, “Yes!”
Daniels — who looks shocked after Carey makes her exit — wrote in his caption, “she is literally so beyond goated i cannot believe.”
The clip comes about a month after Carey dropped her first new single in years, “Type Dangerous,” which became her 50th career entry on the Billboard Hot 100. She’s gearing up to release a new album soon, which she revealed at the July 1 Apple Music event is finished. “What is next? The album coming out,” Carey told Apple Music hosts Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden. “I don’t wanna tell too much about it because I just don’t want to reveal the whole thing. It’s finished.”
The Songbird Supreme is just the latest star Daniels has serenaded in his long-running TikTok series. He’s also taken everyone from Kamala Harris to Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Billie Eilish by surprise with his on-the-spot performances, which Daniels leveraged into his own singing career by dropping debut single “I’m Him” last October.
