Kirti Prakash Mishra, an IIT-BHU graduate and an academic leader in India’s edtech space, is launching a radical mission: replacing outdated education models with emotionally intelligent AI tutors that are personalized and scalable.
Mishra believes the problem was never the students, but was the “system”. Most classrooms still operate like they did 100 years ago, with fixed curriculums, standardized tests, and one-size-fits-all content. In a world moving at AI-speed, this model can no longer serve the diversity and pace of modern learners.
“We batch students like factory products and expect them to thrive in a digital-first world. That’s broken logic,” Mishra says. That realization sparked a movement, which led to his product, Yolearn.ai.
The founder believes the future of learning isn’t a better classroom. It’s no classroom. Yolearn.ai is building an AI-native learning operating system with intelligent learning agents that:
- Understand each learner’s pace, preferences, and emotional needs
- Adapt content and feedback in real time
- Scale personal learning for every child, anywhere in the world
- Can help K-12 learners to professionals
Yolearn.ai’s goal is clear: One billion emotionally-intelligent and deeply-adaptive AI tutors, who are always available.
Mishra has previously built and scaled edtech systems and academic operations across the Middle East and India, targeting the B2B segment. His 15 years of experience bridges pedagogical systems thinking, academic delivery at scale, and strategic team building across distributed geographies. But his current ambition isn’t to improve education, it’s to reimagine it completely.
That’s why Yolearn is not another app. It’s a “complete rethink of how humans can learn in the AI age”. The key differentiators are:
- AI-powered teacher avatars: Teachers can scale their expertise, earn passively, and connect with students at any time.
- Emotion-aware learning: Tutors that adjust not just to skill gaps, but also motivation and mood,
- Curriculum-agnostic design: Learning tailored to goals, not exams,
From India to the world
Yolearn is being built in India, but engineered for the world. The company’s product and branding are designed for multilingual, multicultural adoption from day one, targeting Asia, the Middle East, and eventually North America and Europe.
Yolearn.ai is launching with student-first AI companions, expanding to teacher-facing tools and school integrations across India and the Gulf region.
The product is designed for:
- Multilingual delivery (Hindi, Arabic, English, etc.)
- Edge AI for low-resource areas
- Cloud-native deployment with agentic architecture
The goal? 1 billion learners. 1 billion tutors.
Yolearn is now preparing for its first large-scale beta rollouts and fundraising round. Upcoming milestones include the global beta launch of AI tutors, teacher avatar release, expansion into institutional pilots, and strategic capital raise to accelerate R&D and user adoption.
Mishra’s also actively hiring developers, designers, AI engineers, and ex-teachers, who believe the current education model is broken and want to build what comes next. He is building publicly, sharing early-stage vision, product trials, and bold hiring calls across platforms.
“I’m not selling software. I’m rebuilding how humanity learns. One student, one AI tutor at a time,” Mishra says
