This included US comedian Sarah Silverman, who, fortunately, is friends with The White Lotus’ creator Mike White, so was able to ask him herself (in fact, the pair played a couple in the 2003 comedy School Of Rock, which Mike also wrote).
During an appearance on Live With Kelly And Mark last week, Sarah revealed: “I loathe doing [this] because I feel like everyone must be asking him. But I did – I emailed him, and I said, ‘What’s up with Leslie Bibb – how come we didn’t find out why Parker Posey iced Leslie Bibb? Why did she pretend not to know her? Is it something you didn’t get to [include], that got cut out, or like, what’s the answer?’.”
The Emmy winner’s response? “I was just showing that she’s a bitch.” And fair play, Mike, mission accomplished.
