And as the Love Island USA host revealed, despite a busy summer in Fiji hosting the Peacock dating series, maintaining her fitness routine has been a key part of her day to day beauty regime.
“I am in the gym all the time, unless I’m in the villa, depending on what time I go in, I may or may not go to the gym,” Ariana told E! News in an exclusive interview. “But the gym is very important. So, I’m working out, I am drinking a lot of water.”
However, the Vanderpump Rules alum, who turned 40 on June 24, doesn’t restrict herself.
“I got my coffee and it was my birthday,” she emphasized, “so I’m going to have some wine here and there. But I do try to keep things protein heavy.”
Her dedicated gym schedule aside, Ariana isn’t afraid to go all-out with her glam—with her show-stopping Love Island USA looks consistently turning heads. And she credits the collaborative environment that help shape her ensembles.
