If the chosen chain fails, becomes too expensive to operate on or is outpaced by competitors, that investment could quickly unravel. The result is that countless pilots never progress to full-scale deployment. Enterprises stall, developers burn time rewriting code, and innovation slows. Since 2021, over…
Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. Research shows that 70% of new employees decide whether a job is the right fit within their first month, including 29% within the first week. Despite this, the conversation around employee retention in many companies starts far too late.It often begins only after people have already disengaged and are considering leaving. At that point, HR may step in to address concerns and offer perks that were previously overlooked, but by then, it’s frequently a last-ditch effort. These late-stage actions have their place, but the decision to stay or leave is ultimately driven by…

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. If you know anything about me, you know I’m all in. On music memorabilia. On people. On my work. On whatever’s in front of me.I don’t know another speed. I’ve never been great at “halfway.” I either care enough to give something everything I’ve got, or I don’t touch it at all. For me, that’s the essence of entrepreneurship. You can’t dabble your way into building something meaningful. You have to decide. You’re either in or out. That’s why, when I meet founders, I’ll usually ask them one simple question: “What would make…
