Private equity firm Recognize has made the final close of its second fund, Recognize Partners II/II-A, L.P., securing over $1.7 billion in commitments. Hyperlocal logistics startup Shadowfax has pre-filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with India’s market regulator, joining a growing list of new-age companies that have opted for the confidential filing route.
