Goldman Sachs’ famed summer internship program began last week. The 10-week program allows college students to “spend the summer learning from the firm’s leaders, working on the most consequential challenges in finance, and growing as professionals,” according to the company.But you’ll have an easier time getting accepted into Harvard University than becoming a Goldman Sachs summer intern. NBC is disbanding the Grosse Pointe Garden Society. The network has canceled the first-year series, which comes from in-house studio Universal Television and creators Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs (Good Girls). The decision comes five weeks after the show aired its first season — now series — finale. The delayed decision was due in part to NBCUniversal exploring a potential move to Peacock for the series. Pop-rock singer Teddy Swims says he’s tried everything but therapy — and now, he can check fatherhood off of that list, as well.
