Rick Hurst, who played Deputy Cletus Hogg on the iconic CBS series for five seasons, died June 26 in Los Angeles, his ex-wife Candace Kaniecki confirmed to TMZ. He was 79. Amazon MGM Studios has tapped Sony to release a handful of its upcoming high-profile movies at the international box office as it goes about building its own foreign operation. Under the pact, Sony will handle overseas duties for After the Hunt, Mercy, Crime 101 and Project Hail Mary, according to a statement released by the two studios.
