The discovery: In her 2013 memoir, Drinking & Tweeting and other Brandi Blunders, Glanville opened up about the exact moment she realized now-ex-husband Eddie Cibrian was allegedly having an affair with country star LeAnn Rimes.
The former Real Housewives star wrote that in 2009, she traveled to Calgary to visit her husband, where he and Rimes were filming the romantic thriller, Northern Lights. Upon her arrival, she claimed Cibrian set up a double date with Rimes and her then-husband, Dean Sheremet. During the date, she noticed sparks flying between her husband and the “Blue” singer: “This woman, whom I had just met, spent more time flirting with my husband than acknowledging her own.”
Later that evening, when the co-stars performed a duet of “I Got You Babe,” Glanville realized they had been sleeping together, “I just about lost it…Was she serious? I felt like I was in the twilight zone.”
Despite everything she witnessed that evening, Glanville said the “final f–king straw” occurred when “LeAnn had ‘accidentally’ smeared some cake frosting on her top…and asked my husband, not realizing that I was standing behind the both of them, if he’d wanted to lick it off her. This woman asked my husband if he wanted to eat the frosting mess she’d dropped on her nonexistent chest? Are you f*cking kidding me? He hadn’t realized I was there either, and he laughed with hungry eyes at the suggestion.”
