Jessica Biel’s go-to fitness routine may not have you feeling in seventh heaven in the moment.
But the results certainly speak for themselves. Admitting that she has seen the chatter about the her very toned arms and back, which she displayed in that dress on The Better Sister, the actress clued fans in to how she achieved the look.
“I wanted to share that that peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and with your, um, fitness, which I cannot do,” Jessica shared at the beginning of July 10 TikTok before providing insight into her at home routine inspired by her trainer, Ashley Brown. “I’m currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape.”
She was quick to note that these workouts can be modified to fit equipment at home as she swapped a barbell for a dumbbell in her first exercise: the barbell hip thrust.
