Megan Thee Stallion has responded to Tory Lanez‘ legal team’s claims on new evidence in the firearms case that got him convicted to 10 years in prison, as the “Savage” rapper once again affirmed that Lanez shot her, while calling out his fans for continuing to harass her online.

Megan, whose real name is Megan Pete, posted a lengthy response on TikTok Monday night, where denied Lanez’ teams claims of “new fucking evidence” and asked the public to “stop making me re live being shot BY TORY.”

“How much is the check to keep harassing me? Why is this happening EVERY DAY??” Pete wrote. “One min him/ yall said I was never shot now yall letting him play in yall face AGAIN and say I was shot but it wasn’t him oh okay… ?!”

Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, was stabbed at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi last Monday. Following the incident, his legal team, Unite The People, and his father, Sunstar Peterson, called for Peterson to be pardoned, while also claiming they had new evidence in the case that would suggest that Peterson didn’t shoot Pete.

Peterson’s team said a man named Bradley James had approached the organization “a few months ago” and alleged to be a bodyguard of Pete’s former friend Kelsey Harris during the trial. Peterson’s lawyers said James had told them he heard Harris say that she fired the gun, while Peterson knocked the gun down.

Peterson was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting the hip-hop star after they got into an argument in a car following a Hollywood Hills party in the summer of 2020. After Pete got out of the car, she testified that he yelled “dance, bitch,” and shot at her feet. He was initially charged with two felony counts and later convicted in 2022 of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, having a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.

Pete pointed out in her post that Peterson did not testify in the trial for the shooting. “HE AINT DARE GET ON THAT STAND AND DENY HE SHOT ME AND THAT WAS HIS CHOICE BECAUSE HE KNOWS HE DID THAT SHIT,” she wrote. “WHY IN TF WOULD ME … MEGAN THEE STALLION HAVE TO LIE ON THIS MF ABT SHOOTING ME!”

She further questioned “How yall mad at the person that got shot ????” Pete also asserted that “he did it, it was PROVEN IN COURT. Fuck the hate campaign on the internet TORY YOU SHOT ME !!”

Pete has spoken about the backlash she’s faced online over the incident in the past. In a 2023 essay penned for Elle, she also notably referenced claims that Harris had shot her, calling those claims “conspiracy theories” and a “false narrative.”

“Even some of my peers in the music industry piled on with memes, jokes and sneak disses and completely ignored the fact that I could have lost my life,” Pete wrote at the time. “Instead of condemning any form of violence against a woman, these individuals tried to justify my attacker’s actions.”

In her TikTok post Monday she called on Peterson to “PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE you fucking demon.”

“I’m off this silly internet shit, BYE,” Pete wrote.
