The Nielsen streaming charts once again said “Hello, You.”

The Netflix thriller starring Penn Badgley returned to the rankings at No. 1 with the release of You’s fifth and final season on April 24. The show gathered 1.67 billion minutes of viewing for the week of April 21-27, a little below the 1.73 billion minutes for the opening of season four in February 2023. You had a comfortable lead over the week’s second-place title, Netflix’s Ransom Canyon (1.29 billion minutes).

Star Wars series Andor hit a series high with the debut of its second season, clocking 721 million minutes of watch time on Disney+. Its previous high was 674 million minutes for the week of its season one finale in November 2022. Nielsen says about 65 percent of Andor’s total time (about 469 million minutes) was for the three episodes that premiered April 22, meaning the remaining 252 million minutes or so came from viewers catching up on the first season.

The previous week’s leader, Black Mirror, fell by more than 50 percent to 734 million minutes, ranking eighth overall. The Last of Us (937 million minutes) grew by 16 percent week to week on Max and led all acquired series for the week. Coupled with the previous week’s 805 million minutes, streaming totals for The Last of Us (which don’t include on-air viewing on HBO) are just slightly ahead of the same point in season one.

Netflix’s Havoc, starring Tom Hardy, led the movie rankings with 813 million minutes. Conclave recorded 499 million minutes of watch time for Prime Video in the week following the death of Pope Francis.

Nielsen’s streaming ratings cover viewing on TV sets only and don’t include minutes watched on computers or mobile devices. The ratings only measure U.S. audiences, not those in other countries. The top streaming titles for April 21-27, 2025, are below.
