Wolf Kasteler has two new senior vice presidents.

The bicoastal public relations and consulting firm has promoted Allie Jenkins and Chelsea Hayes in the agency’s Los Angeles and New York offices, respectively. With their new senior vp titles, the pair will be charged with partnering across teams to help shape strategy, guide emerging talent and support operational procedures while working alongside vice presidents Lauren Appel, Christa Dallas, Caryn Leeds and Annick Oppenheim.

In a joint statement, Wolf Kasteler partners Annett Wolf and Annick Muller said, “They’ve consistently brought passion, strategy and unwavering commitment to our clients — leading major campaigns and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This promotion reflects the trust they’ve earned from us, our clients and the industry.”

Jenkins started her career by working in global branding at ICM in 2010. She moved to ID-PR in 2011, and segued to a position at Wolf Kasteler two years later. During her tenure, she’s helped cultivate a roster of rising stars like Kaia Gerber, Milly Alcock, Diana Silvers, Pauline Chalamet, Ivanna Sakhno and Sara Silva while helping the firm expand into digital and creator talent like Brittany Broski and Pizzaslime. She’s worked with Ken Leung, Reid Scott, Ming-Na Wen, Ethan Cutkosky, Dianne Doan, Jeff Wilbusch and others while working closely with Wolf in cross-platform campaigns for Cindy Crawford, Jon Hamm, Michelle Pfeiffer, Emmy Rossum, Sam Esmail and Ted Danson.

“Observing Allie’s professional progression at Wolf Kasteler has been both impressive and inspiring,” praised Wolf. “She consistently demonstrates insight, strategic vision, and boldness — never hesitating to challenge convention or pursue new opportunities. Her optimism, sharp instincts, and enduring dedication to mentoring have had a lasting and meaningful impact.”

Hayes launched her PR career at Slate in 2012. She joined Wolf Kasteler in 2019, and over the years has amassed a roster that spans film, TV and theater. Her list includes Elizabeth Debicki, Andrew Lincoln, Sutton Foster, Tom Bateman, Dominique Thorne, Aaron Tveit, Julia Stiles, Arian Moayed, Lilli Kay, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Gideon Glick, Julianna Margulies, Jeremy Jordan, Lauren Ridloff, Brandon Uranowitz, Denis O’Hare and Celia Keenan-Bolger. She’s steered awards campaigns and emerging talent like Sarah Pidgeon, Stanley Simons and recent Tony nominees Joy Woods and Tala Ashe. She’s dabbled in repping authors, choreographers and Prime Video projects like Overcompensating and Daisy Jones & The Six.

“Chelsea is an extraordinary force in the world of theater, television and film,” said Muller. “Her vision and strong dedication to award campaigns have solidified her as a trusted partner to both up-and-coming talent and seasoned industry professionals. Her leadership and ability to fuse empathy with a collaborative spirit inspires an environment where creativity thrives; and her tireless dedication has earned her a reputation as a dynamic publicist in the industry.”

Founded by Wolf in 1989 and joined by recently retired partner Lisa Kasteler in 1991, Wolf Kasteler specializes in artists, film and TV content, awards consulting and corporate clients. In 2018, Muller was upped to senior partner. The firm’s many clients include Laura Dern, Colman Domingo, Ana de Armas, Viola Davis, Matthew Macfadyen, J.K. Simmons, Pamela Anderson, Myha’la, Jennifer Hudson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Hannah Waddingham, Mary Steenburgen, Damian Lewis, Christoph Waltz, Minnie Driver, Thuso Mbedu, Isabella Rossellini, Cat Cohen, Kiefer Sutherland, Shira Haas, Sara Wainglass, Patti Harrison, Caleb Landry Jones, Holly Hunter, Tom Selleck, Ian McShane, Tracy Letts, Juvee Prods., Teton Ridge and the Denver Film Festival.
